Hi, I’m Eva Bergholz, LPCC.

Life can get complex, and finding a safe space to untangle it shouldn't feel like another uphill battle. I believe therapy is a true partnership—it’s about sitting alongside you as you navigate your unique path toward healing. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that we heal best when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood in a secure relationship.

I specialize in supporting adults, women, and the military community as they navigate high-stress environments, major life transitions, or deep-seated burnout.

My Approach

Because our past experiences shape how we show up today, I use a trauma-informed lens to ensure you always feel safe and in control. My work is heavily grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), meaning we will collaborate to understand and bring healing to the different "parts" of who you are—even the ones that feel overwhelmed or stuck.

Above all, I view healing as relational. The patterns that hurt us often happen in relationships, which means real, lasting healing happens in connection, too. Together, we will build a trusted space where you can safely honor your story and gather the tools to move forward with clarity and peace.
